Jakarta flood: The president is soaked

It's that time of the year again.
Rain, flood, oh what a surprise.

At least this time not only the little people who suffer: The president's entourage was caught in the flood around central Jakarta. The president had to change car and got his shoes soaked in the process. [1].

Fauzi Bowo, Jakarta governor, said he was not surprised that Jakarta is flooded (yet again).
"It was already predicted by the meteorology agency (BMG), so we are prepared". Said the governor. [2]

It was not clear whether the president was also prepared (to get soaked).
